It is informed that the ''Trading Window' for dealing in the Securities of the Company shall remain closed for all Directors/ Officers/ designated persons of the Company from 1st January, 2023 till 48 hours, after the Un-Audited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and nine months ended on 31 December 2022 are made available to the Public. The date of the Board Meeting inter-alia to consider, approve and to declare the aforesaid period financial results will be intimated separately in due course.
