WTM/AB/CFD/CMD-2/16388/2022-23 dated May 13, 2022 in respect of Show Cause Notice Ref No: CFD/CMD3/06490/2021/1 dated 22nd March 2021 issued under Sections 11(1), 11(4), 11(4A) and 11B (1) of the Securities and Exchange Board of India Act, 1992 in the matter of M/s Urja Global Limited in violation of SEBI (Prohibition of Fraudulent and Unfair Trade Practices relating to Securities Market) Regulations, 2003 and SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.
