We wish to inform that the Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) has issued an Adjudication order dated 29th January, 2025 under Section 15-I of the SEBI Act, 1992 read with Rule 5 of the SEBI ( Procedure for Holding Inquiry and Imposing Penalties) Rules, 1995, imposing financial penalties against the Company and its Officials.
The Company is evaluating impact of the order and is in the process of seeking legal advise on future course of action in this respect.
