In terms of Company's Code of Conduct to Regulate, Monitor and Report Trading by Designated Persons ('Code of Conduct') framed in accordance with Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, as amended from time to time, the Trading Window for dealing in the Shares of the Company, shall remain closed with effect from Friday, 01st January, 2021 till the end of 48 hours after the nnouncement/declaration of Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the 3rd Quarter ended 31stDecember, 2020.Accordingly, all connected persons/Designated persons/insiders, including but not limited to the persons specified in the Code of Conduct are advised not to trade in the Shares of the Company during the aforesaid period of trading window.The date of Board Meeting of the Company to consider and approve, inter alia, the Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the 3rd Quarter ended 31stDecember, 2020 shall be intimated separately in due course.
