In relation to the Issue, Pursuant to Regulation 42 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 and Regulation 68 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Issue of Capital and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2018 the Board at its meeting held today i.e.Friday, 8th January, 2021, has approved the Record date for the purpose of determining the shareholders eligible to apply for the equity shares in the Rights Issue as Friday, January 15, 2021('Record Date').
