This is to inform you that as per the Company's 'Insider Trading- Code', framed pursuant to the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading), Regulations, 2015, (Including any amendment (s), modification(s) or re- enactment(s) thereto), read with BSE Circular No. List/ COMP/01/2019-20 dated 2nd April, 2019, the trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company shall remain closed from 1st April, 2023 till 48 hours after declaration of the Audited financial results of the Company for the quarter and year ended 31st March, 2023. Accordingly, all the Promoters, Directors and Connected Persons/Designated Persons of the Company and their immediate relatives are advised not to trade in the securities of the Company during the aforesaid period of closure of trading window. Kindly take note that date of Board Meeting to be held for the consideration and approval of Audited financial results for the quarter and year ended 31st March, 2023 shall be communicated in due course of the time.
