In pursuance of the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and Insider Trading Code and Code of Practices/ Procedures for Fair Disclosure of Unpublished Price Sensitive Information and the trading window for dealing in securities of the Company for all insiders i.e., Directors/officers/Designated persons /Promoters/ immediate relatives of Designated Persons covered under "Company code of conduct for prevention of insider Trading' will be closed with effect from 1st October,2020 and will continue to remain closed till 48 hours after the declaration of unaudited Financial results for the quarter and half year ending 30th September,2020.<BR> <BR> The date of board meeting for consideration of unaudited financial results for the quarter and half year ending 30th September,2020 shall be intimated separately.
