Pursuant to Regulation 30 of SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015, this is to inform you that the Preference Share Redemption Committee of the Board of Directors of the Company at a meeting held on 02nd November, 2021 has redeemed the following Preference shares out of the surplus funds/share premium account:-<BR> <BR> a) 75,000, 6.50% Non-Cumulative Redeemable Preference Share of Rs. 100/- each; <BR> <BR> b) 12,500, 10.00% Non-Cumulative Redeemable Preference Share of Rs. 100/- each alongwith premium of Rs. 100/- each, as per the terms of the issue.<BR>
