V R Films & Studios Ltd has informed BSE that the Meeting of Board of Directors of the Company will be held on May 27, 2022, inter alia, to consider and approve the following businesses: <BR><BR>1. To consider, approve & take on record the Standalone Audited Financial Results of the Company for the half year and year ended on March 31, 2022 along with Auditor''s Report with Unmodified Opinion and Declaration by the Company.<BR><BR>2. To Consider and Approve the Appointment of M/s. Himank Desai & Co., Chartered Accountants as Internal Auditor of the Company pursuant to the provisions of Section 138 of the Companies Act, 2013.<BR><BR>3. To consider, approve & take on record the appointment of M/s. Jaymin Modi & Co. Company Secretaries, as Secretarial Auditor for the year 2022-23.<BR><BR>4. To consider, approve & take on record the proposal of final dividend for the financial year 2021-22.
