| Dear Sir/Madam, With reference to the captioned matter, this is to inform the exchange that in terms of the Company's Code of Conduct for Regulation, Monitoring and Reporting of Trading by Designated Persons and their Immediate Relatives framed pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015. As per Regulation 33(5) of SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015 listed entity which has listed their specified Securities on SME Exchange shall require to submit their financial results on the half yearly basis. As the company has listed its shares on the BSE - SME platform, so that, the company is not required to file their Financial Results for the Quarter ended 30th June, 2022. Therefore, requirement for Closure of Trading Window is not applicable to the Company. This is for your information and record. | |
