| VAGHANI TECHNO-BUILD LTD.has informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 27/05/2022 ,inter alia, to consider and approve In compliance of Regulation 29 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 (hereinafter reffered to as 'the listing Regulations,2015') this to inform you that, the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company, will be held on Friday, 27th May, 2022 inter alia to consider and approve the Audited Financial Results for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2022. Further kindly note that, pursuant to the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 1992, the trading window for dealing in the Company''s shares which closed on Friday 01st April 2022 shall remain closed up to 48 hours after the declaration of Audited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and year ended 31st March, 2022. | |
