| VAGHANI TECHNO-BUILD LTD.has informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 05/08/2022 ,inter alia, to consider and approve The Unaudited Financial Results for the quarter ended June 30, 2022 in compliance of Regulation 29 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 (hereinafter refered to as 'the listing Regulations, 2015'). Take further notice that with reference to the above meeting of the Board of Directors, the trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company by the Insiders, as defined under the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 will remain closed from Friday July 1, 2022 up to 48 hours after the declaration of Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter ended 30th June, 2022.
