Dear Sir/Madam, We wish to inform that in terms of the Company's Internal Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading framed pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 the trading window of the company will remain closed from Sunday, 01st day of January, 2023 till 48 hours after the declaration of the Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter ended 31st December, 2022, for Specified Persons including Employees, Directors, Promoters, Statutory Auditor and their relatives and all connected persons as per the Insider Trading Code of the Company.
