| This is with reference to our letter dated April 20, 2023 enclosing therein Notice of Postal Ballot seeking approval of Members of the Company, through remote e-voting for the following business: Appointment of Ms. Shilpa Kotagiri (DIN: 09245806) as an Independent Director of the Company in terms of Section 149 of the Companies Act, 2013; We would like to inform that the said item of business stands approved as a Special Resolution, as reported in the Scrutinizer's Report. The date of passing of the said resolution shall stand as May 20, 2023. In accordance with Regulation 44(3) of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, the summarized voting result of the remote e-voting, in the prescribed format, along with a copy of the Scrutinizer's Report are enclosed herewith as 'Annexure A'.
