In reference to the Circular bearing Ref. No. SEBI/HO/ CFD/CMD1/CIR/P/2020/84 issued by the SEBI on 20.05.2020.<BR> Update on COVID-19 situation.The Operations of Company and its offices were shut down due to CoVID 19 pandemic effective 23rd March 2020.Our operations have gradually restarted from 20thMay, after receiving due clearance from the relevant government authorities thru various Circulars and notifications and with the prescribed numbers.The financial impact of Lockdown is yet to be ascertained. We shall continue to provide an update on the situation.
