We wish to inform that the Board of Directors of the Company, at its meeting held today has approved the Audited Financial Results (Standalone) for the Quarter and Financial Year ended 31st March, 2022 for which results has been submitted earlier. However, the intimation for appointing a Company Secretary was erroneously mentioned at point 3 in the cover letter. The corrected covering letter is attached herewith. Also the results (financials and cash flow statement) were attached thrice.
