In continuation to our earlier letter dated 01.02.2023 regarding One Time Settlement (OTS) with Punjab and Sind Bank (One of the Consortium member Banks) in respect of credit facilities availed by company, it is hereby informed that the company has made final payment of OTS to the bank in terms of the sanction letter dated 31.01.2023 issued by bank. The requisite details as per circular dated September 09, 2015 is attached herewith.
