In continuation to our letter dated 8th May, 2023 and pursuant to Regulation 42 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, this is to inform you that due to some technical reasons, the record date fixed for determining eligibility of the shareholders for issuance of Bonus Equity Share of the Company in the proportion of 1 (One) Equity Share of Rs. 10/- each for every 1 (One) existing Equity Shares of Rs. 10/- each, is being revised from Friday, May 19, 2023 to Friday, May 26, 2023. The said issue of Bonus Shares is subject to the approval of shareholders which is being obtained through Postal Ballot.
