| Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 ('Listing Regulations'), read with the SEBI Circular, and in furtherance to our intimation dated 12th April, 2023, we hereby inform you that Members of the Company through their Postal Ballot dated 17th May, 2023 have approved the following: 1. Increase in Authorized Share Capital of the Company and alteration of the Capital Clause (Clause V) of the Memorandum of Association of the Company. 2. Issue of Bonus Shares of the Company in the proportion of 1:1, i.e. 1 (One) Equity Share of Rs. 10/- each for every 1 (One) existing Equity Share of Rs. 10/- each. | |
