| Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 and in continuation to our letter dated August 1, 2022, we wish to inform that the Registrar and Share Transfer Agent ('RTA') of the Company has been changed from 'Link Intime India Private Limited' to 'KFin Technologies Limited' w.e.f. 04.01.2023. [Letters received from National Securities Depository Limited dated 03.01.2023 and Central Depository Services (India) Limited dated 04.01.2023 are enclosed herewith] Further, in terms of Regulation 7 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, a tripartite agreement between the Company, Link Intime India Private Limited (previous RTA) and KFin Technologies Limited (new RTA) is under process and same will be intimated in due course. | |
