Pursuant to the provisions of Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 ('Listing Regulations'), we would like to inform you that upon completion of second consecutive term at the close of business hours today i.e. March 27, 2023, Mr. Pradeep Khushalchand Sardana (DIN: 00682961) ceased to be an Independent Director of the Company. The Company places on record its sincere appreciation for the contribution made by Mr. Pradeep Khushalchand Sardana during his tenure as an Independent Director of the Company. The detailed disclosure as required under Regulation 30 of Listing Regulations read with SEBI Circular No. CIR/CFD/CMD/4/2015 dated September 9, 2015 is enclosed as Annexure I.
