Pursuant to the provisions of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and further clarification issued by the Stock Exchanges in this regard, we wish to inform you that the Trading Window for trading in Equity Shares of the Company will remain close from Wednesday, April 1, 2020 till end of 48 hours after the declaration of Financial Results for the Quarter ending March 31, 2020. During the closure of Trading Window, insiders have been advised not to deal in Equity Shares of the Company.<BR> <BR> The date of the Board Meeting of the Company for declaration of Financial Results for the Quarter ending March 31, 2020 will be intimated in due course.<BR> <BR> Further, please note that the Company is following 1st January to 31st December as its Financial Year in terms of Section 2(41) of the Companies Act, 2013 as approved by the Company Law Board.<BR> <BR> You are requested to kindly take the same on record.<BR>
