| This is in continuation to our letter dated February 7, 2020 regarding 25th AGM of the Company scheduled to be held on Friday, April 10, 2020 at 11:00 A.M. at PHD Chamber of Commerce and Industry, 4/2, Siri Institutional Area, August Kranti Marg, New Delhi-110016.<BR> <BR> In this regard, we would like to submit that due to outbreak of Covid-19 pandemic in India & considering announcement made by Hon'ble Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi for nationwide lockdown for period of 21 days started from midnight of March 24, 2020 & other directives /advisories issued by the State Governments in this regard, Board of Directors vide Circular Resolution dated March 31, 2020 decided to postpone 25th AGM of the Company scheduled on Friday, April 10, 2020 at 11.00 A.M. at PHD Chamber of Commerce & Industry, 4/2, Siri Institutional Area, August Kranti Marg, New Delhi - 110 016.<BR> <BR> Intimation regarding the rescheduled 25th AGM of the Company shall be intimated in accordance with the applicable laws. | |
