| Vedanta Limitedhas informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 27/01/2023 ,inter alia, to consider and approve In terms of Regulation 29 of SEBI Listing Regulations, 2015, we wish to inform that the meeting of Board of Directors of the Company will be held on Friday, January 27, 2023, to inter-alia consider the unaudited financial results of the Company for the Third Quarter and Nine Months ended December 31, 2022. Further, as intimated earlier vide Letter No. VEDL/Sec./SE/22-23/172 dated December 27, 2022, pursuant to the provisions of the Securities & Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and the Insider Trading Prohibition Code of the Company, the Trading Window shall remain closed for dealing in securities of the Company for all Designated Persons from Sunday, January 01, 2023 to Sunday, January 29, 2023 (both days inclusive). Further, the conference call to discuss the Company's results and performance is scheduled to be held after the declaration of financial results, as per enclosed schedule. | |
