Pursuant to the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and as per Company's Code of Conduct for the Prohibition of Insider Trading and Code of Corporate Disclosure Practices, the trading window for trading in securities of the Company shall remain closed w.e.f., 1st October, 2022 till the completion of 48 hours after declaration of unaudited financial results for the quarter/half year ended 30th September, 2022. Accordingly, all the Designated Persons and their immediate relatives are being intimated not to enter into any transaction involving dealing/trading in securities of the Company during the aforesaid period of closure of Trading Window. The date of Board Meeting for the consideration of unaudited financial results (Standalone and Consolidated) of the Company for the quarter/half year ended 30th September, 2022 shall be intimated in due course of time.
