Veefin Solutions Ltdhas informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 16/06/2026 ,inter alia, to consider and approve 1. Migration of the listing and trading of the equity shares of the Company from the SME Platform of BSE Limited
to the Main Board of BSE Limited, subject to the receipt of requisite approvals and compliance with applicable
regulatory requirements.
2. Direct Listing of the equity shares on the Main Board of the National Stock Exchange of India Limited ('NSE'),
subject to the receipt of requisite approvals and compliance with applicable regulatory requirement
3. Notice of postal Ballot seeking the approval of the members for the aforesaid migration of the listing and trading
of the equity shares of the Company from the SME Platform of BSE Limited to the Main Board of BSE Limited
and Direct listing on the Main Board of the National Stock Exchange of India Limited;
4. Any other business with permission of the chair.
