Dear Sir, Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we hereby inform you about the outcome of the Meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company held today i.e. December 30, 2021 as under: 1. The Board has accepted resignation of Mrs. Falguni Shah from the post of Independent Director with effect from 27th December, 2021. 2. The Board has accepted resignation of Mr. Prakash Shah and Mr. Nilay Shah from the post of Non-Executive Director of the Company with effect from 27th December, 2021. 3. The Board has appointed Ms. Krupa Shah as Additional Director designated as Whole-Time Director of the Company. 4. The Board has appointed Mr. Bhavin Shah as Additional Non-Executive Director of the Company.
