The Board has approved and taken on record the Audited Financial Results for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2023. 2. The Board has not recommended final dividend on equity shares of the Company for the financial year 2022-23. The Board Meeting commenced at 3.00 p.m. and concluded at 4.00 p.m.
