| Veerhealth Care Limitedhas informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 11/02/2022 ,inter alia, to consider and approve 1. Unaudited financial results of the Company for the quarter and nine months ended 31st December, 2021. 2. Voluntarily delist Equity Shares of the Company from Metropolitan Stock Exchange of India Limited pursuant to the provisions of Regulation 5 and 6 of the SEBI (Delisting of Equity Shares) Regulations, 2021. The shares of the Company will continue to remain listed on BSE Limited. 3. Any other business with permission of the Chair. Further to our intimation to the Stock Exchange vide our letter dated December 31, 2021 for closure of trading window, we would like to inform you that the trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company which was closed from January 01, 2022 will be opened on February 14, 2022 as per the provisions of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading Regulations), 2015.
