With reference to the above subject and pursuant to the BSE Circular No. LIST/COMP/01/0112019-20 dated April 02, 2019 and in compliance of the provisions of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) (Amendment) Regulations, 2018, the 'Trading Window' for purchasing / selling or dealing in the securities of the Company shall remain closed for all Directors, connected persons, designated persons, officers and employees including Insiders of the Company from Thursday, October 1, 2020.<BR> The Trading Window will open 48 hours from the announcement of the Un-audited Financial Results of the Company for the Second Quarter ending on September 30, 2020 to BSE Limited.<BR> <BR> The date of the Board Meeting to consider the Un-audited Financial Results for the Second Quarter ending on September 30, 2020 will be intimated separately.
