| Veto Switchgears and Cables Ltd has informed BSE that a Meeting of Board of Directors will be held on May 26, 2022, inter alia, for the following agenda:<BR><BR>1. To consider and approve the Standalone and Consolidated Audited Financial Results of the Company for the Fourth quarter and financial year ended March 31, 2022.<BR><BR>2. To recommend Final Dividend for the financial year ended March 31, 2022.<BR><BR>In this connection, with referene to the earlier Company intimation dated March 31, 2022, wherein it was informed that pursuant to the Company''s Code of Conduct framed in accordance with the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 (''the Code''), Trading Window for dealing in shares of the Company, for persons specified under the code, is closed since April 01, 2022, onwards. The Trading Window shall remain closed upto 48 hours after the aforesaid Board Meeting i.e. upto May 28, 2022 (both days inclusive).<BR> | |
