With reference to the provisions of Regulation 30 read with Schedule III of the SEBI (Listing Obligations & Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 ('SEBI LODR'), Videocon Industries Limited would like to inform your good office that Mr. Satish Motilal Totala has tendered his resignation vide letter dated February 23, 2023, as the 'Whole-Time Director' in the Company and 'Occupier' of the factory of the Company situated at '14 K M Stone, Aurangabad-Paithan Road, Village Chittegaon, Taluka Paithan, District Aurangabad - 431 105', with immediate effect. The said resignation was received by the Resolution Professional on February 25, 2023 and shall be placed before the Committee of Creditors.
