| In terms of Regulation 29 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, as amended from time to time, we hereby inform you that the meeting of the Board of Directors of our Company will be held on Monday, November 08, 2021 at 11:30 a.m. at the Registered Office of the Company situated at E/27, Commerce Centre, 78, Tardeo Road, Mumbai - 400 034 to inter-alia consider and declare the first interim dividend for the financial year 2021-22, if any, and to fix the record date for the same and to transact the other business as per the attached letter.<BR> <BR> The Interim Dividend, if declared, shall be paid to the equity shareholders of the Company whose names appear on the Register of Members of the Company or in the records of the Depositories as beneficial owners of the shares as on Saturday, November 20, 2021 which is the record date fixed for the purpose.<BR> | |
