To consider and approve the Un-audited Financial Results (Standalone and Consolidated) of the Company for the first quarter ended June 30, 2022 as prescribed under Regulation 33 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 as amended form time to time. 2.
