| The Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on November 8, 2021 has inter alia considered and approved the following:-<BR> 1. Unaudited standalone and consolidated financial results of the Company for the quarter and half year ended September 30, 2021.<BR> The copy of the aforesaid un-audited financial results of the Company together with Limited Review Reports of Statutory Auditor is enclosed herewith as Annexure I. <BR> <BR> 2. Appointment of Ms.Anusha Kanumuru as Company Secretary and Compliance Officer w.e.f November 8, 2021 and took note of cessation of Ms.V.Sri Lakshmi as Company Secretary and Compliance Officer w.e.f November 8, 2021.<BR> <BR> 3. Postal ballot Notice in terms of Section 110 of the Companies Act, 2013 read with Rules 20 and 22 of the Companies (Management and Administration) Rules, 2014 for seeking shareholder's approval and the same will be sent to shareholders and exchanges in due course of time. <BR> | |
