The Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on November 10, 2022 had taken note of the resignation submitted by Ms. Anusha Kanumuru, Company Secretary & Compliance Officer and she will be relieved from the services on or before December 31, 2022. The details as required to be disclosed in this regard, pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI LODR read with SEBI Circular CIR/CFD//CMD/4/2015 are enclosed.
