We wish to inform you as follow:- a) Appointment of Mr. Naib Singh (PAN: IBZPS7646C): In the meeting of Board of Director''s of the Company held on 16th May 2022, the Board of Directors of the Company have approved the appointment of Mr. Naib Singh (PAN: IBZPS7646C), as additional executive director of the Company with effect from 16th May 2022. The details required under Regulation 30 of the Listing Regulations read with SEBI Circular No. CIR/CFD/CMD/4/2015 dated September 09, 2015 are furnished, marked Annexure A. Further Mr. Arun Singla (Executive Director of the Company) has been appointed as chairperson of the Board.
