Pursuant to Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 (LODR) and in accordance with the requirements of Schedule III of LODR, this is to inform that the matter is further listed for consideration before Hon'ble National Company Law Tribunal, Principal Bench, Chandigarh on 24th of May, 2023 for argument's on Rainbow matters related to the income tax claim of 193 Cr.
