| This is to inform you that the Hon'' ble National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT), Chandigarh Bench has passed the order on 02.02.2022 (uploaded on website on 02.02.2022) admitting the petition CP (IB) No. 315/Chd/Hry/2019 under Section 7 of the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, 2016, filed by, the Financial Creditor Bank of India and initiating the Corporate Insolvency Resolution Process under Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, 2016 (''IBC").
