Sub: Intimation of Closure of Trading Window This is to inform that pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and the Company''s Code of Fair Disclosure and Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading, the Trading Window for dealing in shares of the Company by the designated persons and their immediate relatives will be closed from Saturday, 1st October, 2022 till 48 (Forty Eight) hours after the conclusion of the Meeting of the Board of Directors to be held for the purpose of considering the Unaudited Standalone and Consolidated Financial Results for the quarter and half year ended 30th September, 2022. The date of the Board Meeting to be convened for the aforesaid purpose shall be intimated separately. Kindly take the above on record and acknowledge the receipt.
