| VINAYAK POLYCON INTERNATIONAL LTD.has informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 11/02/2021 ,inter alia, to consider and approve the Un-audited financial results of the Company for the quarter ended on 31st December, 2020; and to consider and take on record the Limited Review Report for the quarter ended on 31st December, 2020;<BR> <BR> Further, as already intimated vide our letter dated 29th December, 2020, in accordance with Company's "Code of Conduct" for Prevention of Insider Trading as per the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 (as amended), the 'trading window' for dealing in the shares of the Company will remain closed for the Directors and Key Managerial Personnel of the Company and other designated persons till 48 hours after the declaration of financial results for the quarter ended on 31st December, 2020. | |
