Pursuant to Regulation 30 and 33 of SEBI (Listing Obligations & Disclosure Requirements) 2015, we wish to inform you that the Board of Directors in their Meeting held on Thursday, 11th February, 2021 through Video Conferencing hosted at the registered office of the Company, has inter-alia approved the Un-audited Financial Results for the quarter and nine months ended on 31st December, 2020 and took on record Limited Review Report on Financial Results for quarter and nine months ended on 31st December, 2020 issued by the Statutory Auditors.<BR> <BR> Further, the Board meeting commenced at 10:00 a.m. and concluded at 10:30 a.m.<BR> <BR> Also, pursuant to the Code of Conduct framed under the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, ''trading window'' for all Insiders, Directors, Promoters, Connected Person and Designated Employees of the Company, for trading in the shares of the Company will be opened from 14th February, 2021 onwards.
