This is to inform that, pursuant to the SEBI (Prohibition of lnsider Trading) Regulations, 2015 read with the Company''s Code of Conduct for regulate, monitor and report trading by Insiders and Code of Practices and Procedures for fair disclosure of Unpublished Price Sensitive Information, the Trading Window for dealing in the securities of the Company will remain closed from 01st April 2023 till expiry of 48 hours after the declaration of audited financial results for the fourth quarter & the financial year ended 31st March 2023 for all designated persons, their immediate relatives and all connected persons covered under the said Code.
