| Further to our letters dated 16th March, 2023, we write to inform you that pursuant to Regulations 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 (referred to as the "SEBI Listing Regulations"), the Board of Directors of the Company, at its Meeting held today, i.e. 24th March, 2023, has inter alia, considered and unanimously approved the following: - 1. Upon recommendation of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee, the Board of Directors of the Company has appointed Shri. Rajnarayan De (DIN -10042934), as an Additional Non-Executive Independent Director of the Company with effect from 24th March, 2023 for a tenure of 5 consecutive years subject to the approval of the shareholders of the Company; 2. Taking note of resignation of Shri Sanjay Kumar Modi (DIN: 00315775) from the category of Independent, Non-Executive Director of the Company with effect from the closing of business hours on 24th March, 2023. | |
