Pursuant to the provisions of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 as amended from time to time, the Code of Conduct to Regulate, Monitor and Report Trading by Insiders of company and as per clarification issued by BSE vide its circular LlST/COMP/01/2019-20 dated 2nd April, 2019, regarding trading restriction period.<BR> <BR> The trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company shall remain closed from the end of the Third Quarter 31st December, 2020 i.e.1st January, 2021 till 48 hours of declaration of Un-Audited Financial Result for the Quarter Ended 31st December, 2020 for the Directors/KMP and other Designated Employees etc., covered under said Code.<BR>
