This is to inform you that, pursuant to the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 as amended and the Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading, the Trading Window for dealing in securities of the Company will remain closed for all Designated Persons and their immediate relatives with effect from Friday, 01st January, 2021 till 48 hours after declaration of unaudited financial results of the Company for the quarter and nine months ended on 31st December, 2020. <BR> <BR> The date of the Board Meeting for declaration of the unaudited financial results for the quarter and nine months ended on 31st December, 2020 will be intimated in due course of time.<BR>
