With reference to the above, this is to inform you that the Board of Directors at their meeting held today i.e., 18th February, 2023 had approved the appointment of Mr. Ahmed Awaishi (PAN: BCLPA5913L) with effect from 8th February, 2023 as the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of the company to fill the Casual Vacancy, arisen due to resignation of Mrs. Sarbani Adhikary. In this regard, please find enclosed the details required under Regulation 30 of the SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015 read with SEBI Circular No. CIR/CFD/CMD/4/2015 dated 9th September, 2015.
