We wish to inform you that the Company has today allotted 4,78,500 Equity Shares i.e. (1,78,500 Equity Shares under Virinchi Employees Stock Option Scheme, 2016) and (3,00,000 Equity Shares under Virinchi Employees Stock Option Scheme, 2018) to the eligible employees of the Company pursuant to the exercise of options granted. Consequently, the issued and Subscribed Share Capital of the Company stands increased to Rs. 83,41,89,680 divided into 8,34,18,968 Equity Shares of Rs.10/- each.
