M/s IKF Technologies Limited, Promoter of the Company has informed that Hon'ble Supreme Court of India vide its Order dated October 29, 2021 in the matter of IKF Technologies Vs. SEBI (Civil Appeal No. 6378-6379/2021) has granted stay on execution, effect and implementation of Order dated July 26, 2021 passed by the Securities Appellate Tribunal, Mumbai in IKF Technologies Ltd. Vs. SEBI (Appeal No. 346/2020). Consequently, the sale of shares of Virtual Global Education Limited has been stayed.
