The said Issue is slated to close on Thursday, February 02, 2023, accordingly, the last date for renunciation through off-market transfer has been extended from Thursday, February 02, 2023, to Thursday, February 23, 2023. The Board of Directors of the Company in their meeting held today on January 31, 2023, has extended the last date for making an application for the Rights Issue of Equity Shares of the Company by fifteen (15) days i.e., from Thursday, February 02, 2023, to Thursday, February 23, 2023.
